2027 Pricing

Weekly house rentals from May 1 to September 30.

Four bedrooms. Sleeps nine. The published rate is for six guests. Each additional person, including children and babies, is $330 per week. Cleaning is included.

Please bring sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and beach towels.

Check-in after 5:30 pm. Check-out before 11:00 am. These times can sometimes be adjusted closer to the stay. Most weeks run Saturday to Saturday.

A written agreement is prepared for each booking. Payments are non-refundable.

$500 is due within two days of an offer, before the agreement is prepared.
50% is due February 15, 2027.
The balance is due 90 days before arrival. If that date falls before February 15, both remaining amounts are due on the earlier date. For early May arrivals, the full balance is payable then.
A $1,000 damage deposit is due two weeks before arrival and is refunded 12 days after departure if there is no damage.

MRDT (3%), PST on accommodations (8%), and GST (5%) are added to the totals below.

If a line is crossed off, it is booked or the date has passed.

Outside May to September, inquire about bed-and-breakfast rentals for any dates.

 $500 is due on booking, 50% on February 15, 2026 (or on booking if that date has passed), the remainder is due three months ahead of arrival date, and a $1000 damage deposit is due two weeks ahead of arrival date.  The damage deposit will be refunded 12 days after your stay if there is no damage.

MRDT (3%), PST on Accomodations (8%), and GST (5%) all apply and will be added to the total cost.

Check-in after 5:30 pm and check out before 11:00 am.  We may be able to improve these closer to your vacation date.
